Chittagong Stock Exchange is located in the port city of Chittagong. It is lies in south-eastern Bangladesh. Chittagong Stock Exchange is the second stock exchange of the country. It was established in 1995. The Chittagong Stock Exchange at Bangladesh is located at the Agrabad area of the city of Chittagong. It is the commercial hub of the city. The Chittagong Stock Exchange in Bangladesh started with the mission of creating a state of the art bourse in the city.

Chittagong Stock Exchange works to create an effective, efficient and transparent stock exchange. Its aim is to make itself comparable with international standards. This Stock Exchange at Bangladesh aims at:

To create a fully automated Trading system for quick and easy transactions.

Attract non-resident Bangladeshis to invest in the Bangladesh Stock markets.
